Membership & Cost
How much will membership cost?
Membership will be $235/month. We're working to balance a small community with financial viability — this keeps class sizes intentionally small while keeping the doors open long-term.
How many members will you have?
We're planning for roughly 85–100 members, which is what supports our capped class sizes of 8–12 people. This is a deliberate trade-off — a smaller community over a bigger roster.
Is there a punch pass or drop-in option?
With limited space, our priority is protecting the experience for unlimited members. Unfortunately, we don't see how punch pass members can be balanced for such a small community.
What membership terms are available?
We're offering a 12-month commitment (paid monthly or in full) alongside a month-to-month option with a 60-day notice period. Final structure will be confirmed closer to opening.
Classes, Schedule & Space
How big are the classes?
Classes are capped at 10–12 people, depending on the day's programming. This is a core part of how we've designed the gym — intentionally limited, not maxed out. Outdoor and Hyrox training programming may allow for a few extra people.
What will the schedule look like?
We'll offer a variety of time slots from early morning through evening. Based on waitlist requests we're planning around 6:15, 9:15, 12:00, 16:45, and 18:00 — with additional slots like 5:00, 10:30, and 19:15 likely to follow. We're building the schedule around when our members actually need to train.
Is everything class-based, or is there open gym time?
We're primarily class-based, but we're planning limited open gym space during and between classes. We'll finalize as we work through liability and space constraints — but class-based membership will be prioritized.
What does the space look like?
About 2,000 square feet in Seton, on Seton Way SE just south of the hotel — a long-bay layout with a rig down one side and a flex space for socializing and pre/post-class stretching. Showers and change rooms will be available.
Programming & Coaching
Are all workouts a mix of GOAT and ENGINE, or can I choose?
We intentionally combine modalities — we see real benefit in pairing endurance work with functional strength training. There will also be dedicated skills-based classes, including Olympic lifting. We know it will be difficult to please all, but we intend to try, and programming will reflect the membership's goals.
I'm coming back from injury or burnout — can programming be adjusted for me?
Yes. Our goal is for every class and workout to adapt to individual needs, physically and mentally. Even if a day's programming doesn't fit exactly where you're at, our coaches will make adjustments so you can keep training within a community-supported environment. If this type of training is new to you, you will quickly learn how welcoming the functional training community is. If the entire workout needs to be modified, that is what we will do.
Can I coach at Highmark?
We'd love to talk, and we will be reaching out to those with coaching interest very soon. Thank you to all who have shown interest thus far.
Affiliation & Community
Are you a CrossFit affiliate?
We don't currently intend to affiliate — it's a financial and business decision, not a reflection on the methodology. We recognize that not affiliating could be a factor for athletes hoping to compete at higher levels, and it's something we continue to discuss.
Will you be HYROX affiliated?
Yes — HYROX affiliation is part of the plan for our ENGINE track.
